 DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

We're thrilled to offer residents FREE standard domestic shipping on all orders $75+. For orders under $75, you can view the local shipping rates at checkout.

 How long does it take to receive an order?

Resident Threads orders will be processed, handmade, and delivered with love to customers within the follow the frames:

• Most Resident Threads: Items ship 8-12 days from the date you placed your order.
• Weekly Limited Drops: Items ship 2-3 days from the date you placed the order.
• Custom Threads: Custom Items typically ship 3-4 weeks from the date you placed the order.

 Do you offer Express Shipping?

Currently, we do not offer any express shipping options for Resident Threads. If for whatever reason you must have this item sooner, please contact us via email prior to placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate based on availability and timing. (support@residentthreads.com) 

 How do I track my order?

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email that contains a link you can use to track your order progress as it moves from processing to delivery. During busy online sales periods and because of unpredictable pandemic related restrictions, processing times can be significantly delayed. We will typically include updates on product pages when this is the case.
