RETURN POLICY & FAQ

 WHAT IS YOU GENERAL RETURN POLICY?

  • For your convenience, we offer free shipping back to our warehouse on all returns for Store Credit. On all returns for a Cash Refund, you can use our shipping label to return the item but you will incur a $10.00 return fee that will be automatically subtracted from your refund. To avoid the return fee, you could ship the item back to us yourself by the courier of your choice.
  • Returns for Store Credit must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt and returns for refund must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt.
  • All items sent back must be unworn, unwashed, and resell-able.
  • Sale Items purchased at a 10% discount or above can only be returned for store credit. Items purchased at over a 30% discount are final sale and non-returnable.

 HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

 ARE SALE / DISCOUNTED ITEMS RETURNABLE FOR A REFUND?

  • Sale Items purchased at a 10% discount or more can be returned for store credit but they are not refundable for cash. Items purchased at a 30% discount or more are final sale and non-returnable.

 WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE FOR A CASH REFUND? (original payment method)

  • All Regular Items Within 7 Days From The Date Of Delivery. (Also Known As The Day You Received Your Item)
  • Any Item Is Considered A "Regular Item" As Long As It Has Not Been Customized Nor Sold At Final Sale Pricing (30%+ Discount)

 WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE FOR A STORE CREDIT REFUND?

  • All Regular Items within 14 days from the date of delivery. (also known as the day you received your item). 
  • Any Item Is Considered A "Regular Item" As Long As It Has Not Been Customized Nor Sold At Final Sale Pricing (30%+ Discount)

 WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?

  • All Custom Items
  • Gift Cards
  • Final Sale Discounted Items (discounts of 30%+)

CAN ITEMS BE EXCHANGED?

No, we do not allow for any exchanges, but items can be returned for store credit as long as they are postmarked for return within 14 days from the date of receipt. With the store credit, you can then purchase whatever other item you would like. 

 WHAT ARE THE REFUND OPTIONS?

  • The following two refund options are currently supported:
  • 1) Refund to the original payment method
  • 2) Refund to store credit 

 HOW DO I SHIP BACK THE ITEM(S)?

  • For instructions on how to ship us the items you are returning, please refer to the email you receive after you place the return request.

 HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND AFTER A RETURN?

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. Once approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days. Unfortunately, this is the length of time it takes to process refunds, both for store credit and to the original payment method.

 THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED - WHAT DO I DO?

  • If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date. Please email support@residentthreads.com and please include a brief description of the problem and supporting photos of the issue as well.
